Job Opportunity: Plumbing Designer in St. Louis, MO

E-SEARCH, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Plumbing Designer to join a dynamic team at a reputable MEP consulting company in St. Louis, MO. This position offers flexibility with Hybrid or Full Remote work arrangements.

Primary Duties Include:

Perform calculations, using engineering formulas and skills for design such as pipe sizing calculations and equipment sizing. (Project Examples - sanitary and water plans, isometrics, gas plans, grease trap sizing calculations, etc.)
Provide layout portions of piping systems based on schematic layout or direction provided by the Project Engineer.
Select equipment and fixtures based on recommendations of Project Engineer and fill out equipment and fixture schedules.
Research design options and document findings for Project Engineer.
Provide information to Project Engineer for incorporation into specifications.
Review shop drawings and equipment submittals.
Assess the requirements of a project, break a project into tasks and work with a project manager and project engineer on projects.
Prepare project specifications.

Qualified candidates must have experience working with Revit and AutoCAD. It is preferred that this person is highly proficient in Revit. Other necessary skills include the use of Adobe and Microsoft office products.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
