The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their security needs, and demonstrate suitable solutions. St. Louis, MO - Using company software tools and procedures, this candidate will be expected to program controllers, integrate to third party systems, create graphics, and execute functional performance testing for commissioning agents on our Building Automation Systems (BAS) to meet contractual requirements and project goals for educational, commercial and industrial facilities. Experience programming the following product lines is preferred: Andover, Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, Tridium, and Niagara. Programming experience with other BAS platforms is a plus.

Experience desired:
2+ years of HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs.
2+ years of sales experience in Building Automation Systems.
University or Technical College course work in mechanical, electrical, computer science, IT, or HVAC is preferred.
Solid understanding of the sales process in construction contracting.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in customer service.
Excellent team and communication skills.
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
An ability to influence across a broader organization.
