- Experience developing new projects and accounts here in the St. Louis Area.
- Prepare estimates and bids for opportunities.
- Manage all pre-construction functions, schedules, estimates, and proposals.
- Make assignments and manage all staff that are performing pre-construction duties.
- Elevate the quality of the pre-construction process, including the metrics used to measure effectiveness and promote strategic decision making.
- Participate in strategic planning and serve as part of the company's core management team.
- Ideal candidate must have experience with Accubid Software or related software product.
