Applicant must have detailed experience in Civil Site Design of high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, large commercial/residential developments and urban roadway projects. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Licensed Professional Engineer or EIT (preferred but not required)
- 3+ years of experience in Civil Site Design (i.e.)
- AutoCAD Civil 3D; modeling, corridors, assemblies, alignments, profiles, pipe networks, etc.
- Communicating and meeting with agencies; MSD, BPS, MoDOT, etc.
- Using storm water modeling software to analyze detention, retention and storm sewers
- Water quality design
- AutoTurn
- Report writing
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-Motivated
- Works well in teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
