Operations Manager

St. Louis, MO - We're looking for a hands-on, change agent manager who is willing to roll-up their sleeves to drive and implement operational processes in the key areas of business. Ideal candidates will have an electrical or mechanical background and have managed a team of service
technicians and project managers.  This person will also have experience within facilities management and/or a construction based industry. 


  • Electrical/Mechanical degree; equivalent experience will be considered (10+ years supervisory position in maintenance trades with 5+ years field experience)
  •  Experience as a facility manager
  • Knowledge/experience with implementing/managing ERP systems
  • Six Sigma or PMP Certification a plus
  • Active electrical or mechanical journeyman’s license preferred, but not necessary
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
